Definitions

The following words are used with specific meanings in these terms and conditions:

• "Platform" — koktk's website, mobile site, and all associated services.
• "User" or "Member" — any person who is registered on this platform and uses the service.
• "Account" — the user's personal profile and wallet on the platform.
• "Balance" — the actual funds held in the account.

Account Security

The user is fully responsible for all activities on their account. If unauthorized access or suspicious activity is noticed on the account, the koktk support team must be informed immediately.

• Do not allow others to use your device after logging out.
• Do not share your password with anyone.
• If suspicious activity is noticed, contact support immediately.

Identity Verification (KYC)

koktk may request documents from the user for identity verification at any time. This applies mainly at the time of withdrawal or for large transactions. If the required documents are not provided, withdrawals or account services may be temporarily suspended.

Deposits

The following payment methods can be used to make deposits at koktk: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major banks).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for all methods).
• Deposits must be made only from a method registered in the user's own name.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes after verification.

• Creating and operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false or fraudulent information.
• Using another person's account or playing through a third party.
• Using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software in any way.
• Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Bonus abuse or exploiting system loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to influence game results by colluding with other users.

If any of the above prohibited activities are proven, koktk reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit all balances and bonuses.

koktk's total liability shall in no case exceed the original amount of the transaction in question.
